Sir,?I hope you will allow me to .correct some mistakes made by Dr. Ince in his report on the recent epidemic of fever, in the Iiawulpindee Jail, published in your October number at page 272. In paragraph 27 of his report, he states that the opinion arrived at by Dr. Aitchison and myself, that the fever treated by us in 1871 was of a remittent (malarious) type, was founded upon the study of six clinical cases, of which one proved fatal, ami about eight post-mortem examinations; he goes on to state that these reports, however, are unfortunately incomplete, as the
